Paras Vidya Yojana

The work of the project is spread in the villages of about 10 to 12 kilometers around Shikharji. Project means education and employment.

It was decided to start Paras Vidya Yojana in the year 2022, in which 4 villages were determined at the initial level 1. Virangadda 2. Singhpur 3. Bagdah 4. Jaynagar. At present, 43 teachers have been appointed in 33 schools operating in Madhuban Panchayat and its surrounding villages. Under the Sikho Sikhaon series, rural youth were trained by Bebanar. So far, 25 people have been trained in Paras-1, 35 in Paras-2, 42 in Paras-3 and 32 in Paras-4. Out of which 43 teachers have been appointed from those trained from Paras-1 to Paras 4 and are working as teachers in 33 schools. The trained appointed teachers are teaching in a new way in the schools due to which the children are learning quickly. Our aim is to do teaching work in 50 schools around Madhuban. Out of which we have been successful in reaching approximately 33 schools. To ensure smooth teaching work in the school, trained invigilators have been appointed by the committee who regularly visit all the schools and see how the work is being done by the teachers and give information about it to the office daily.
