Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment All bookings can be partially or fully paid in advance to be confirmed. Payment can be made online through authorized gateways listed on our website.

2. Check-In and Check-Out 24 hours format. Early check-in or late check-out is based on availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities and Damages Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any damage, breakage, or loss of hotel property including locks, keys, towels, blankets, furniture, or other fixtures will result in charges equivalent to the actual cost of the item. Charges will be payable before check-out.

5. Strictly Vegetarian Premises This is a pure vegetarian accommodation with an attached restaurant. The consumption or possession of meat, fish, eggs, or any non-vegetarian items is strictly prohibited on the premises. Alcohol consumption, smoking, and tobacco use are also strictly not allowed. Violation of these terms may result in immediate cancellation of stay without any refund or rescheduling.

6. Legal & Compliance UPPB reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. It is the guest’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes posted on our website.

7. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. UPPB reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for behavior that is disruptive, illegal, or violates our policies.

8. Liability UPPB is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

9. Amendments UPPB reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
